FULDA — Services for Frances “Fran” Carlson, 93, of Fulda will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Ann’s Church in Slayton. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at the Totzke Funeral Home in Slayton, and one hour prior to the services at the church Thursday. Burial is at Slayton Memorial Gardens in Slayton.
