Darrell Dean Pagel

GARVIN–Darrell Dean Pagel, 85 of Garvin, died Saturday, February 28, 2026. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Balaton. Visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will be in the Amiret Cemetery with military honors by the Slayton American Legion. Darrell was drafted into the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, serving from 1963 to 1965. He was stationed in Germany the majority of his military career. Darrell is survived by his wife of 59 years Kay; sons: Bradley, Brian and Emil; 6 grandchildren; and 2 step-grandchildren.
