Dennis Kor

MINNEOTA–A ceremony commemorating the life of Dennis Kor, 58, of Minneota, will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Hope Lutheran Church in Minneota. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Hope Lutheran Church and Monday, one hour prior to the service, 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the church. A time of fellowship will follow the service at the American Legion in Minneota.

Dennis Keith Kor was born on January 19, 1967, in Slayton, MN, to Gerald and Marjorie (Buysman) Kor. He grew up in Amiret and graduated from Tracy High School. On June 23, 1990, he was united in marriage to Nadine Obe at Hope Lutheran Church in Minneota. Dennis was a Route Salesman for Old Home Foods and, later, Country Hearth. He had a route in Pipestone for a time before moving to Minneota, MN, in 1998, when he took a route based out of Marshall.

Dennis was an outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting and especially enjoyed time spent at his place on Big Kandiyohi Lake. He was a very social person with a great sense of humor. His life ended too soon but he will not be forgotten by those who knew him.

Dennis died tragically as the result of an auto accident on Monday, December 22, 2025 in Murray County, MN. He is survived by his wife, Nadine Kor of Minneota, daughter Lindsy (Neal) Gratz of Gary, SD, children Evangelina, Diamin and Ryker; son A.J. (Taylor) Kor of Clear Lake, SD, children Kira and Bentlee; son Collin (Raeann) Kor of Dawson, son Asher and one child on the way; siblings Tacy (Loren) Knoblauch of Amiret, Lynn (Tom) Pauly of Chanhassen, Marcy Fedde (Don Elhard) of Judd, ND, twin-brother Dale (Amy) Kor of Sebeka, MN, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Steve, and beloved cat Buster.
