RUSSELL — Services for Betty Louise McConnell (Otto), 84, of Russell will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Grace First Parish Church in Russell, Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday at the Hartquist Funeral Home in Pipestone, and an hour prior to the service at the church Saturday. Burial will follow the service at the Russell City Cemetery in Russell. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hartquist Funeral Home in Pipestone.
