Betty Louise McConnell (Otto)

RUSSELL–Betty Louise McConnell (Otto), age 84, of Russell, Minnesota, died Saturday, November 22, 2025 at the Lockwood Hospice House in Marshall, Minnesota.  A visitation will be held Friday, November 28 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Hartquist Funeral Home in Pipestone, Minnesota.  A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 29 starting at 10:30 a.m. at the Grace First Parish Church in Russell, Minnesota with an hour visitation time held prior to the service.  Interment will follow the service at the Russell City Cemetery in Russell, Minnesota. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hartquist Funeral Home in Pipestone.
