REDWOOD FALLS–William “Bill” Bruce Kissner, 63, died on October 18, 2025. Bill’s family held a private remembrance gathering at Nelson-Hillestad Funeral & Cremation Services in Redwood Falls; he was interred beside his Mother and Sister in the Belview City Cemetery.
