AVOCA — Randall “Randy” “RB” Barrett, 72, of Avoca, died Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025, surrounded by loved ones at Ava’s House in Sioux Falls, S.D. A private family service will be held, with a public celebration of RB’s life from 4-8 p.m. Saturday, Oct.18, at the Avoca Bar in Avoca.
