BELLE PLAINE — Mass of Christian Burial for Richard Allen “Dick” Mickelson, 83, of Belle Plaine, formerly of Tracy, will be at 10:30 a.m. today at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Tracy. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
