BLOOMINGTON — Celebration of life for Eugene Clifford Chapman will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Cremation Society of Minnesota – Edina, 7110 France Ave S, Edina, MN 55435. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Lunch will begin at noon.

He died Aug. 6, 2025, of natural causes, at his home in Bloomington.

Survivors include his children, Pamela Skoglund; Julie, Mark, and Scott; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
