A celebration of life for Lowell Norman Stelter will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Peace Lutheran Church, 5509 W. 41st Street, Sioux Falls, S.D. Visitation will take place from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Miller Westside Chapel, 6200 W. 41st Street, Sioux Falls, S.D.
