VESTA–Jeff “Wulfy” Rathman, 62, of Vesta, died on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Prairie View Healthcare Center in Tracy. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at the Vesta Community Center at 320 E. Centre Street in Vesta. Lunch will be provided. Visitation will be one hour prior at the Community Center on Wednesday.
