BALATON — Services for Virgel Munsinger, 91, of Luverne and formerly of Balaton, are at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Marshall, Minnesota. Following some light refreshments, burial with military honors will be in the Lakeside Cemetery, Balaton.
