Donna Bertrand

WILMONT–Donna Bertrand, 90, died on Friday May 2, 2025, at Our House hospice home in Slayton. Donna is survived by her seven children: Nicholas Bertrand of Brandon, SD, Gene Bertrand of Wilmont, Gary Bertrand of Sioux Falls, SD, Bruce Bertrand of Slayton, Dennis Bertrand of Garvin, Suanne Christiansen of Balaton, and Jane Kocmick of Brandon, SD; 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren (with one expected in September); and one great-great granddaughter. Funeral Services will be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church Wilmont, MN at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025 with Fr. Rick Colletti celebrating.  The organist is Linda Huisman. The song leader is Gina Neuman. The pallbearers are Raymond Bertrand, Craig Bertrand, Brian Bertrand, Chaser Ellingson, Lissa Li, Tyler Christiansen and Nathan Kocmick. Interment at Calvary Cemetery Wilmont, MN will be private at a later date. The family asks that donations to Hospice of Murray County be considered in memory of Donna.
