ARCO — Graveside services for Barbara “Barb” Possail, 84, of Arco will be 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Russell City Cemetery in Russell. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the Hartquist Funeral Home in Tyler. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hartquist Funeral Home – Tyler Chapel.
