REDWOOD FALLS — Rick Konold, 62, of Redwood Falls, died peacefully Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024, at home. Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

He was born Oct. 4, 1962, to Donald and Edna (Cox) Konold in Aberdeen, S.D..

Survivors include his wife, Penny; children, David of Marshall, Stephanie Van Epps of New Ulm, Alisha Sheets of Clarkfield, Carmen Iverson of Redwood Falls, Bill Rider of Watertown, Cathren Messenbrink of Redwood Falls, and Karen Rider of Marshall; 11 grandchildren; sister, Brenda Lynne of Clarkfield.
