TRACY — Services for Patricia “Pat” (Smith) Radke, 82, of Tracy will take place at 1 p.m. Monday at the Horvath Remembrance Center in Tracy.  Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the Remembrance Center.  A private family burial will take place at a later date.  A recording of the service will be available at www.horvathfuneralservice.com.
