TRACY -- Services for Mary Lou Manguson Anderson, 86, of Tracy will take place at 11 a.m. today at Tracy Lutheran Church in Tracy. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Burial will follow the service at the Tracy Cemetery.
