Edward Daub

WABASSO — Services for Edward “Ed” Anthony Daub, 88, of Wabasso will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Wabasso with a livestream on the church’s YouTube page.  Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday at the church, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m.  Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at church. Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

He died peacefully Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024, surrounded by family.

He was born July 27, 1936, in Vail Township, to John and Catherine (Bernardy) Daub. He served in the National Guard and was called to active duty during the Berlin Crisis.

Survivors include his wife, Carla; five daughters, Nancy Frederiksen of Van Tassell, Wyoming, Jill Mahlow of Wabasso, Carol Bratsch of Spicer, Gina Mathiowetz of Marshall, and Kelly Salfer of Wabasso; 17 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
