MARSHALL — Services for Margaret Moat, 75, of Marshall are 11 a.m. today at Grace First Parish Church in Russell. Burial will be in the Russell Cemetery in Russell, followed by a reception back at the church. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
