Bernice Steffen

LUCAN — Services for Bernice Amanda (Raveling) Steffen, 100, of Lucan will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lucan.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church Thursday. Burial will be in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Lucan.  Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

She died Friday, May 31, 2024, at River Valley Health & Rehab in Redwood Falls.

She was born Sept. 16, 1923, to Bert and Lena (Rosenau) Raveling in Waterbury Township, Redwood County.

Survivors include her sons, Merlyn, Dallas and Wayne; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two step-great grandchildren; and one step-great-great-grandchild; sister, Lorraine Mertens; brother, Donald Raveling.
