WESTBROOK -- Services for Timothy Travis Otto, 48, of rural Westbrook will be at 3 p.m. today at Trinity Lutheran Church in Walnut Grove. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Burial is in Johnsonville Cemetery.
