Paulette Marie Anholm

GRAND MARAIS–Paulette Marie Anholm (nee Holm), age 75, formerly of Grand Marais, MN, died on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the Avera Morningside Heights Care Center in Marshall, MN, following a valiant 3+ year battle with glioblastoma.

Paulette was born January 23, 1949, to the late Howard and Rhoda Holm of Bloomington, MN. She is survived by her sisters Joyce Strootman (Brad) of Marshall, MN; Wendy Holm (Don Byrd, deceased) of Pawtucket, RI; Lori Moen (Al) of Nokomis, FL; Alice Sachs of Burnsville, MN, and nephews and nieces: Shelby Moen of Jacksonville, FL; Elliot Moen (Rachael) of Apple Valley, MN; Joseph Byrd of Dundee, FL; Annabelle Sachs of Burnsville, MN; grand-nephew Finn Ambrose-Moen of Apple Valley, MN; and our beloved nephew, Aaron Strootman of Marshall MN (deceased).

Paulette’s family is most grateful for the care she received from the staff at Avera Morningside Heights Care Center, and from the Avera SW Minnesota Hospice Care staff.
