Margaret Doom

MINNEOTA–Margaret Doom, 88 of Minneota, died May 17, 2024. Mass of Christian burial will take place on Friday, May 24, 2024, at St. Edward Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Public Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the Horvath Remembrance Center in Minneota from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue at the remembrance center on Friday morning from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. A rosary is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Friday at St. Edward Catholic Church. Burial will take place at St. Edward Catholic Cemetery following the funeral mass. Upon conclusion of the graveside service a luncheon will be held at the church fellowship hall. Margaret passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side at Prairie Senior Cottages in New Ulm on May 17, 2024 after a long-fought battle with Alzheimer’s.
