Kathleen “Kathy” Rupp, 72, of Ruthton, Minnesota, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024, at the Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m at Peace Lutheran Church in Ruthton.  Memorial service will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church in Ruthton.  Burial will follow in Peace Lutheran Cemetery near Ruthton.
