TRACY–JoAnn Ruebsam, 86, of Tracy, died on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at Prairie View Senior Living in Tracy, Minnesota. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at Tracy Lutheran Church in Tracy.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the church.  Interment will take place at Sillerud Lutheran Cemetery in Balaton.
