BALATON — Funeral service for Elaine Horsman, 83, of Balaton will take place at 11 a.m. today at the Horvath Remembrance Center in Balaton. A public visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place at Hoiland Cemetery in Garvin.
