MARSHALL — Services for Thomas Williams, 63, of Marshall are 11 a.m. Friday at St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Marshall. A reception for attendees will follow immediately in the church fellowship hall. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Marshall.
