Lucille Plaetz

WABASSO–Lucille Plaetz, 99, of Wabasso, died January 26, 2024 at the Wabasso Rehab Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Wabasso. Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday AT THE CHURCH with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. and a rosary service will follow. Visitation will then continue one hour prior to services on Friday. Interment is in St. Anne’s Catholic Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent at www.stephensfuneralservice.com.  Stephens Funeral Service -Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.  Lucille is survived by her children: Joyce Seitz of Lafayette, Carol Peterson of Arizona, Marie Plaetz of Wabasso, Leon Plaetz of Wabasso, Nancy Tedros of Florida & Bruce Plaetz of Wabasso; 18 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Louie, grandson Joe Peterson, and great grandson Michael Peterson.
