BROOKINGS, S.D. — Joel Koster, 78, of Brookings, South Dakota, formerly of Elkton, South Dakota, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lake Benton. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the church. Burial will be in the St. John’s Immanuel Cemetery near Verdi at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hartquist Funeral Home – Lake Benton Chapel.
