BROOKINGS–Joel Koster, 78, of Brookings, South Dakota, formerly of Elkton, South Dakota, passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday, January 25, 2024.  Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lake Benton, Minnesota.  Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 10:30 AM at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lake Benton.  Burial will be in the St. John’s Immanuel Cemetery near Verdi, Minnesota at a later date.
