James Healy

AVOCA — Services for James Lawrence Healy, 76, of Avoca will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Dovray. Burial is at Our Savior’s Lutheran Cemetery in Dovray.

He died Friday, Sept. 15, 2023, at the Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D.

He was born July 9, 1947, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, to Cliff and Joyce Jorgenson Healy.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce of Avoca; two children, Tammy Harrison of Carbon Cliff, Illinois, and Jeff of Avoca; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, LaNiece Healy and Star O’Brian, both of Sioux Falls, S.D.
