TRACY — A memorial service for Dawn Renee Quigley will take place at 10:30 a.m. today at the Horvath Remembrance Center in Tracy. A public visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Burial will take place at the Tracy Cemetery following the memorial service.
