MARSHALL — A memorial service for Rhonda Kramer, 77, of Marshall will take place at 2 p.m. today at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Marshall.  A reception for attendees will follow. Visitation will be Saturday, one hour prior to the service, from 1-2 p.m., also at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Marshall.
