Todd Tyler Bartz

June 23, 1964-July 22, 2020

PLOVER, Wis. — Family and friends of Todd Tyler Bartz are invited to join in a celebration of Todd’s life on Friday, July 31, from 5-7 p.m., at the Marshall Golf Club outside patio.

Todd passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at his home in Plover, Wisconsin. He was 56 years old.

Todd was born June 23, 1964, the son of Dale and Diane (Ziemer) Bartz. He was born and raised in Marshall, and graduated from Marshall Senior High School with the class of 1983. He then graduated from Southwest State University in 1987 with a degree in Business Administration.

Todd had a successful 25 year sales career with Jostens Scholastic. He was a member of Jostens’ distinguished Chairman’s Club, a club of elite Jostens sales representatives who have reached a significant lifetime volume of sales. There he was able to put to use some of his greatest talents that included public speaking, making others feel important and dressing impeccably.

Todd was a loving husband to his wife Kim and to daughters Jessica (Kevin) Simpson and Arika Blenker. His grandchildren Mia and Virgil Simpson gave him great joy.

Loyalty was always one of Todd’s greatest traits. While he lived nearly his entire adult life in the state of Wisconsin, he remained loyal to his Minnesota sports teams.

Todd, also known by many as “Bartzy,” made friends wherever he went. He was quick witted and a great conversationalist. He had a warm heart and a cool smile that brightened every room he walked into. He will be deeply missed by many.

Todd is survived by his wife Kim, mother Diane, daughters Jessica and Arika, grandchildren Mia and Virgil, brother Ty, nieces Ava and Brooklyn and their mother Betsy, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Todd was preceded in death by his father/best friend Dale, who passed away on June 28, 2020.
