TYLER — Visitation for Dallas “Dick” Pinckney, 100, of Tyler will take place from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Rehkamp Horvath Funeral Home, 411 W. Lyon in Marshall. Committal service will take place with military honors at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Russell Cemetery.
