REDWOOD FALLS — Private family services for James “Jim” Charles Rima, 84, of Redwood Falls, will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday. The service will be broadcast via Facebook Live on the Stephens Funeral Service Facebook page. Burial will be in the Beaver Falls Cemetery. He died Sunday, May 17, 2020, at River Valley Health and Rehabilitation in Redwood Falls.
He was born Nov. 17, 1935, in Worthington, to Charles “Ray” and Virginia (James) Rima. He served in the U.S. Army from 1954-1956 with most of his time spent in Japan.
Survivors include his wife, Susan of Redwood Falls; children, Vicki of Huffman and Brett of Alexandria; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Pat Latuska of Pahrum, Nev.; step-children, Melissa Behrens, Benjamin Benson, and Megan Revier; six step-grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
