Fern Johnson

SLAYTON — Services for Fern Jewell Johnson, 91, are at noon Friday at Shetek Lutheran Ministries Bible Camp (Dakota Dining Hall on Keeley Island) rural Slayton. Burial is at Bethany Lutheran Cemetery in rural Slayton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church on Friday. Totzke Funeral Home of Slayton is entrusted with arrangements.

She died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020, at her home.

She was born Dec. 27, 1928, in Slayton, to Clifford and Eleanor (Bentzin) Frisvold.

Survivors include her children, Elaine of Roseville, Doris of Minneapolis and William of Minneapolis; two grandchildren; and sisters, Ruth Koehly of Chisago City, and Mary Christian of Garvin.
