MONTEVIDEO — Services for Elsie Carlson, 89, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Refuge Church in Montevideo. Burial will be at Terrace Lawn Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Lynner Funeral Home in Clarkfield, with a time for memories at 4:30 p.m. There will also be visitation at the church for one hour before the funeral.
