BALATON — A memorial gathering of family and friends for William “Bill” Linscott, 75, of Balaton,
will be from 1-3 p.m. today at the American Legion Hall in Tracy. Private burial will be at a later date in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Chandler.
