WESTBROOK — Catherine “Cathy” Vaupel, 80, of Westbrook will be at 10:30 a.m. today at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Westbrook. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in the Westbrook Cemetery.
