SLAYTON — Services for Clifford “Cliff” Roy Olson, 71, are at at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Christ Lutheran Church in Slayton. Burial is at Slayton Memorial Gardens Slayton. Military honors accorded by the Slayton American Legion Post and the Slayton VFW Post. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at the Totzke Funeral Home in Slayton, from 4-6 p.m. and also one hour prior to the services at the church on Monday. He died Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2019, at the Methodist Hospital in Rochester.

He was born July 13, 1948, in Morris to Russell and Hazel Banister Olson. He was drafted to the United States Army on June 27, 1968, and was honorably discharged on June 18, 1970.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy of Slayton; children, Shelli Becker of Plainview and Jason of St. Cloud; six grandchildren; mother, Hazel of Morris; and siblings, Nancy Gillespie of Chokio, and Russella Marquart of Hancock.
