COTTONWOOD — A memorial service for Dorothy Kompelien, 99, of Bull Shoals, Arkansas will be at  2  p.m. Monday at St. Lucas Lutheran Church in Cottonwood. Burial will follow in the St. Lucas Cemetery near Cottonwood, during the summer of 2019.
