TRACY — Services for Richard “Dick” Otto Stelter, 73, of Tracy will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Tracy Lutheran Church in Tracy. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday at the Tracy Area Funeral Home. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at church on Tuesday. Private family burial will be at a later date. Stephens Funeral Service – Tracy Area Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
He died Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at Our House Hospice of Murray County in Slayton.
He was born Jan. 23, 1946, to Elmer and Louise (Otto) Stelter in Tracy.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; daughter, Sabrina of Dallas, Texas; son Bradley of Tracy; three grandchildren; sister, Phyllis Richman; and brother, Robert.
