TRACY — Services for Eleanor Mae Filter, 87, of Marshall formerly of Tracy, will be at 10 a.m. today at Tracy Lutheran Church in Tracy. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at church. Burial will be in the Opdal Cemetery in Florence.
