RURAL TRACY — A celebration gathering for Harold Eugene Cooper, 95, of rural Tracy will be at 1 p.m today at the Tracy United Methodist Fellowship Hall. There will be a time for fellowship and lunch from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Burial will follow after the service at the Tracy City Cemetery.
