BALATON – Services for Frank Van Hecke Sr., 78, of Balaton will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday at the Life Remembrance Center in Balaton. Burial and military rites will take place at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Tracy at a later date.
He died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 19, 2018, at his residence in Balaton.
