MARSHALL– Anna Gregoire, MD, Dermatology, and Kevin Mahoney, DPM, Podiatry, Avera Medical Group Marshall, recently earned board certification in their fields. Certification demonstrates that a medical professional has the most current clinical knowledge and the skill and experience needed to provide high-quality patient care.

Gregoire earned certification from the American Board of Dermatology. Certification validates that a dermatologist possesses knowledge and expertise in the diagnosis and medical/surgical management of diseases of the skin, hair and nails, and mucous membranes.

Gregoire provides comprehensive services of the skin to men, women and children of all ages. She treats mild to severe acne, dermatitis, moles, warts, birthmarks, psoriasis, skin cancer and more. She also provides cosmetic care like laser treatments for small blood vessels, hair removal, chemical peels and Botox.

Mahoney achieved certification from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ABFAS) in foot surgery as well as rearfoot, reconstruction, and ankle surgery. Certification by the ABFAS demonstrates that a doctor has completed appropriate training, successfully performed a diverse range of foot and ankle procedures with good surgical skills and judgment, and passed rigorous oral and written exams.

Mahoney provides a wide range of foot and ankle care, including reconstruction, trauma, sports-related injuries, joint fusions, arthroscopy, tendon injuries, cartilage repair and total ankle replacements.
