n High/Low Yoga will be from 5:45-6:45 p.m. Tuesdays (Sept. 3-Oct. 8) from at the Adult Community Center. This class combines a strengthening vinyasa practice with a slower, seated practice focused on flexibility and joint health. Fee: $45 per person.

n Jr. flag football (2nd- 4th grade girls and boys) will begin Sept. 5. Practice will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the choice of 3:30-4:15 p.m., 4:15-5 p.m., 5-5:45 p.m. or 5:45-6:30 p.m. practice time. Saturday morning games will begin on Sept. 14. All practices and games will be held at Legion Fields. Fee: $45 per person.

n PiYo will be from 6-7 p.m. Thursdays (Sept. 5-Oct. 10) at the Red Baron Arena & Expo. For ages 10 through adulthood, this class combines the Pilates benefits (muscle sculpting and core strengthening) with Yoga movements (focusing on strength and flexibility). Fee: $50 per person.

n Intro to flag football camp for boys and girls in kindergarten and 1st grade will meet on Mondays (Sept. 9-30). Camp will be at Legion Field from 4-4:45 p.m. and 5-5:45 p.m. Fee: $25 per person.

n Jr. Tigers volleyball camp will be in the Marshall High School gyms from 5:45-6:30 p.m. on Sept. 9, 12, 16, 23 & 30 for boys and girls in grades K-6. Participants will work on serving, setting, passing and much more. Fee: $40 per person.

n Let’s Get Physical: Stretch and Tone will be on Mondays and Wednesdays (Sept. 9-30) from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Adult Community Center. This class will use stretching, Pilates and yoga positions to strengthen and tone the core. Fee: $50 per person.

n Hmong Cooking Classes: They See Me Rolling Those Egg Rolls! will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, at the Marshall Middle School FACS Room. Learn how to make delicious Hmong egg rolls filled with vermicelli noodles, pork and veggies. Fee: $40 per person (supplies included) to attend class at Marshall Middle School or $20 per person (supplies NOT included) to join from home via Adobe Connect.

n ECFE Engage at Every Age (for birth – 5 years with a parent) will be held on Tuesdays (September 10, October 8, November 12 and December 10) from 10:00am-11:30am at Boulder Creek Assisted Living. This intergenerational class is designed for parents and their children to engage and connect with those that have dementia, learn about the disease and how children are great therapy for the residents. There is no fee to participate in this class, but please pre-register with Marshall Community Services.

n Early Out Wednesday Theater Fun will be on Wednesdays (Sept.11, 18, 25, Oct. 2 & 9) from 2:30-4:30 p.m. in the West Side Gym. This program allows 3rd-and 4th-graders to have fun with theater games and be a star on the stage and behind the scenes. Final performance for family and friends will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9. Fee: $45 per person — includes a snack.

n Beginning Hockey will be on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. from Sept. 16 through Oct. 10 at the Red Baron Arena & Expo. Monday, Sept. 16 will be equipment hand-out only. This program is for boys and girls ages 4 through 4th grade who have no previous organized hockey experience to have fun and be introduced to the sport of hockey. Fee: $40 per person.

n ECFE-Family Play Date at Park Side (for birth-5 years with a parent) will be held on Mondays (Sept. 16-Oct. 28 — no class 9/30 or 10/21) from 9-11 a.m. in the Preschool Room at Park Side Elementary. Dress up for dramatic play, explore the wonders of math, science and your senses while you squish, squeeze and create. Fee: $20 per family.
