PUBLIC NOTICE

Sealed bids will be received & publicly opened by the Marshall Public School District #413 at the District Office, 401 South Saratoga Street, Marshall, MN 56258 Attention: Bruce Lamprecht, Director of Business Services, 507-929-2603, until 3:00 PM on August 18th, 2017 for the furnishing of work and materials for 2″ bituminous milling & 2″ bituminous overlay work at the Park Side & Marshall Middle School Staff/Faculty Parking Lots. Prospective bidders are responsible for determination of square yards of required milling & tonnages required for a 2″ overlay. Bituminous mixture shall be SPWEB340B wear course mixture. Prospective bidders shall submit one (1) bid for each parking lot. THIS WILL BE A LUMP SUM BID.

Each bid shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes & each bid shall be clearly marked on the outside as Bid for 2″ Milling & 2″ Overlay for Park Side & Middle School Staff/Faculty Parking Lot along with the location & time of the letting. The envelopes shall also bear on the outside the name & address of the bidder.

The owner reserved the right to reject any and all bids & waive

irregularities & informalities therein & further reserves the right to award the contract (s) in the best interest of the Marshall Public School District #413.
