NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE to the Lyon County Planning and
Zoning Administrator for a Conditional Use Permit request from
Meadowland Farmers Coop to establish a rural-oriented commercial use per Lyon County Zoning Ordinance, Article 8, Section 8.3, O. The land is zoned Agricultural and is described as:
The Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section Twenty-four (24) Township One Hundred Ten (110), Range Forty-three (43) (Coon Creek) Lyon County, MN.
A Public Hearing on the Conditional Use Permit will be held by the Lyon County Planning Commission on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. in the Commissioner's Room of the Lyon County Government Center, Marshall, MN.
